Renaissance Weekend Jan. 1, 2023

After a long hiatus of too much work and too many Covid Zoom calls, what a pleasure to be in person for the Charleston Renaissance Weekend. While the markets are jittery and angel investing is very cautious, it was encouraging to hear about medical advancements some of which were directly related to accelerated research prompted by the pandemic. And of course, cybersecurity still proves recession-proof. Especially with nation states encouraging if not actively participating.

As Albert Einstein said, "Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving."
